Johor’s Maharani Energy Gateway Attracts RM9.5 Billion Investment for Green Energy Expansion

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 29 – The Maharani Energy Gateway project, a joint venture between Maharani Energy Gateway Sdn Bhd (MEG) and China Energy International Group (CEIG), is set to receive a significant investment of US$2 billion (RM9.5 billion). The project, located in Muar, Johor, aims to propel Malaysia’s green energy initiatives and enhance trade and investment ties with Chinese companies.
