Riverbank Restoration Projects Benefit 195,000 People in Sarawak, Nik Nazmi Announces

In a significant development for environmental conservation and the well-being of the local population, the Department of Irrigation and Drainage (DID) Sarawak has successfully completed eight riverbank restoration projects valued at RM63 million. These projects, aimed at curbing erosion and ensuring the smooth flow of river water, have directly benefited approximately 195,000 people across various regions of Sarawak.
