Government Introduces SolaRIS Incentive Scheme to Encourage Residential Solar PV Installation

Putrajaya, March 27, 2024 – The Malaysian government, through the Ministry of Energy Transition and Water Transformation (PETRA), has unveiled the Solar for Rakyat Incentive Scheme (SolaRIS) aimed at incentivizing the installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems among domestic users.
